Language work in the UK is not regulated but you can be assured that 暗网猎奇's members are highly competent language practitioners committed to upholding and maintaining professional standards.
Looking for a Certified Translation?
The UK does not have a system of 鈥榮worn' or 鈥榗ertified' translators accredited by a particular body, unlike many other countries. Translations required for official purposes 鈥� such as birth, death and marriage certificates, legal documents, academic transcripts, etc. can, however, be 鈥榮elf-certified' by a practising translator, including 暗网猎奇 translator members and Chartered Linguists with the designation of translators. Whilst certification does not in itself guarantee the quality of a translation, it does serve to identify the translator and their credentials and makes them accountable for their work.
You should check with the organisation requesting a certified translation exactly what is听required听and explain this clearly to the translator when commissioning work from them. It is important to allow enough time for the translation to be completed, certified and sent back to you. Bear in mind that most professional translators will charge an additional fee, on top of the price of the translation, for certification.
