New members
New members can join at any time of year and receive a full year of membership. Your membership will begin on the day it is confirmed and will be valid for a full calendar year.
Payment
If your admission to membership is successful, °µÍøÁÔÆæ will notify you by email. For Career Affiliate, Associate, Member and Fellow grades we will also confirm your grade of membership and the membership fee due.
Existing members
Renewal fees are agreed each year at the °µÍøÁÔÆæ AGMÌýand apply to all memberships that have a renewal date within in the specified dates below.
We will remind you to renew at least 4Ìýweeks before your renewal date.

Claiming UK tax relief
°µÍøÁÔÆæ is on the HMRC list of (listed under 'L' as 'Linguists Chartered Institute of'), which means that for UK resident members your annual membership subscription can be claimed as a deductible expense for UK tax purposes.
